I think the biggest challenge, when ordering a logo via Internet, is the communication between the designer and the client. If this is done well, the Client will be satisfied with the designer’s work. And exactly that is what was perfect about the service. I was always up to date with the latest draft, and I could always tell them my ideas, what I like and how we could work on.
